Doo Away Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the referral program (the "Program") operated by Paws Poop Care LLC, doing business as Doo Away ("Doo Away," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Program is open to all current Doo Away clients in good standing.

2.2 Referred individuals must be new clients to Doo Away and reside within our service area.

 

3. Referral Process

3.1 Each client will receive a unique referral code.

3.2 Clients may share their referral code with friends, family, neighbors, and on social media.

3.3 To receive credit, new clients must enter the referral code when signing up online or mention it during phone or text sign-up.

 

4. Qualifying Services

4.1 The Program applies only to recurring services: weekly, twice-weekly, or bi-weekly.

4.2 One-time service visits do not qualify for the Program.

 

5. Rewards

5.1 New clients who sign up using a valid referral code will receive their first month of service free.

5.2 The referring client will receive their next month of service free.

5.3 A "month of service" is defined as:

   - Bi-weekly: 2 free service visits

   - Weekly: 4 free service visits

   - Twice-weekly: 8 free service visits

5.4 The price of service visits does not affect the reward; all qualifying visits will be free.

 

6. Reward Processing

6.1 Free service visits will begin after Doo Away processes and verifies the referral code.

6.2 Verification may take up to 7 days to complete.

6.3 No discounts will be applied until the referral code is verified.

6.4 Once verified, free service visits will commence and continue until exhausted.

6.5 Regular paid service will automatically resume after free visits are used.

 

7. Notification

7.1 Clients will be notified of their referral code and Program details via email, text message, or a note in their doggy goodie bag.

7.2 New clients will be informed whether their referral code was verified before service begins.

7.3 Referring clients will be notified when their referral code is used successfully.

 

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 If a client believes they should have received credit for a referral, they should contact Doo Away for investigation.

8.2 Doo Away will attempt to match the claim with new sign-ups but cannot guarantee a match will be found.

 

9. Fraud Prevention

9.1 If fraud is detected, free visits will be immediately revoked, and both clients' accounts will be terminated.

9.2 Any outstanding balance will be due within 30 days.

 

10. Program Changes

10.1 Doo Away reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason without notice.

10.2 The Program begins on July 8, 2024, and may end at any time.

 

11. Service Area

11.1 New referred clients must be within Doo Away's service area to qualify.

11.2 If outside the service area, no rewards will be given to either party, unless an exception is made by Doo Away.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Doo Away is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected referrals.

12.2 Doo Away reserves the right to deny any referral that it believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

 

13. Privacy

13.1 All personal information collected in connection with the Program will be handled in accordance with Doo Away's Privacy Policy.

 

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Paws Poop Care LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

By participating in the Doo Away Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
